Who we are

Lamante provides a website and Android app for ordering patisserie products such as macarons, mousse cakes, cookies and cakes.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to prepare and manage that order: your name, phone number, email address, order note, selected products, order total and pickup date/time.

Admin users may manage products, prices, descriptions, production time, working hours, pickup availability and product images.

How we use information

We use order information only to receive orders, prepare products, calculate pickup availability, contact customers about their orders and administer the Lamante catalog.

Third-party services

Lamante uses Firebase services: Firebase Authentication for admin login, Cloud Firestore for products, working hours and orders, and Firebase Storage for product images.

What we do not do

We do not use advertising tracking, profiling, or third-party advertising SDKs.

Data retention and deletion

Completed or cancelled order records may be retained for a short operational period and can be deleted after they are no longer needed. To ask about privacy or request deletion of your order data, contact Lamanté through your order conversation or the public contact channel provided with your order confirmation.
